King Edward's School Home

An independent day school for boys aged 11 to 18

Make a payment

To request a place for your son on a trip, the first thing to do is download the letter about the trip, which can be found at kes.org.uk/letters. Check that the trip is for your son's age group!

You can return the reply slip, or a note explaining what it is for, with a cheque payable to KES TRIPS, in an envelope with your son's name and the name of the trip, to the black box in reception. Alternatively you can make payment by bank transfer. For bank transfer, the details are:
Bank sort code: 30-19-14
Account number: 01150646
Account name: KES Trips
Reference: Please put the name of the trip and your son's form, first initial and surname, for example, for Peter Jones in Shell W going hillwalking, the reference would be HILLWALK SHW P JONES. Other trip references include CAVE, CLIMB, SHELLCAMP, REMSWEEK etc.

Once you have made the bank transfer, please let us know that you have done so, by completing this short online form, or by sending in the reply slip.

Sending payment (or for trips abroad, the deposit) for a trip is not a guarantee of a place - some trips are oversubscribed, and in the event that we cannot find a place for your son, we will return your deposit.
