Pastoral care
The School is still attached to some quite antique names for year groups, but it doesn't take long to get used to them.

Overarching the role of the Form Tutor there are members of staff who have a wider pastoral role, Heads of School and Assistant Heads of School who operate as Year Heads. They support Form Tutors and provide an overall view of their age-groups: for example, the Form Tutors will meet with the respective Heads of School/Year to review the progress of all boys at key moments in the year.
